My Great Grandmother was the memory keeper of our family. When she passed away, she left us with photo album after photo album full of perfectly preserved memories dating back earlier than the 1920s. There were pictures of a beautiful young version of herself that existed long before us, and pictures of her babies as they grew into adults with families of their own. Weddings. Vacations. Her parents and grandparents. Memories that would've faded away with her if it were not for those old albums bursting at the seams.

She taught me that a photo is more than just an image. It is a memory; a pause button on a moment of life. Whether it is your growing baby bump, or a wrinkle in your sweet toddler's nose. The moment he proposes, or your first kiss as husband and wife. My goal as a photographer is to capture your special moments and preserve those sweet memories in a photo that you can be proud to hold onto.
